Engage, Elevate and Enjoy
our sailing experiences

FWSA will continue to reach out and include women sailors throughout
Florida. We will look for ways to expand our sailing experiences and
challenge our sailing skills.

FWSA will utilize educational opportunities to improve our skills and
elevate our standards: knowing the rules of racing, for hosting races,
for setting up race courses, and for evaluating and awarding
participants.

FWSA will encourage our members to utilize technology to improve
the efficacy of our events.

FWSA will utilize practices that respect, appreciate, and conserve our
sailing environment.

FWSA will encourage our sailors to reach out to women from other
sailing clubs, learn from each other, extend ourselves in friendship and
kindness.
FWSA events will be fun, challenging and rewarding!
